Is it true that Clint Eastwood is Stan Laurels lovechild ?
The full collection boxset is a much better option, but heat anyways for Laurel and Hardy. Timeless comedy and proper laughter without the need for any crude sex jokes, and a shame the PC luvvies forced them off terrestrial TV because of one misinterpreted line in Beau Hunks.

Why do they never appear on TV like they used to in the 70's, 80's? Generation upon generation growing up not knowing who they are? How sad!

Good for taking up space on a shelf as after you watch one and realise you used to be very easily amused.

I thought they were never on tv because of the discrimination against black and white tv. Shame for kids today. Anyway, another endorsement for the 21 disc set referred to above. I look forward to when their Roach films get released in HD. Amazon US has loads on itunes on HD. Precious little discussion about it online anywhere. But the time must come when that will get a wider release. http://www.hometheaterforum.com/community/threads/laurel-and-hardy-hd-restorations-blu-rays-coming.343745/

Plural?
No wonder they called Harry dirty.
Think I'll wait 'till the 12th and see if there's any discount on the larger set. :sunglasses:
