As an alternative you could pop to Aldi and pay the standard price of £0.99.

I find it isn't as nice as the Alpro to make frothy coffee with, so will pay the extra penny on this occasion!

Tried it for free when they had a coupon a few months ago. A bit of a con as it only contains 4% almonds

Its regularly reduced to £1 online, the biggest ingredient is WATER. you could probably make it yourself for 20p - water, a couple of nuts, salt, calcium for the white-ness and oil.
So overpriced for expensive water with a couple of small nuts.
Should be re-named "Water Milk-Substitute with 2 Nuts"

The bag of almonds needed to make Almond milk costs more than £1.79, so good luck with that.

Hate to break this to you but cow's milk is 87% water
Keep refrigerated, use within 5 days of opening and before 'best before' date (see top of pack).

There is a Birmingham market stall (near the cheese/eggs stalls) that sells 2 for £1 including the rice milk variant and they are not short dated. Incredible how a market seller can substantially undercut Tesco and the products are the real thing.

That's the water the manufacturers add to the milk to make it go further and sell it cheaper eg Asda 4 pinter for £1.
