just been in waitrose for my free coffee and notice all Alpro milk (Inc almond, soya, choc) are £1.80 for 1 or 3 for £3 ie £1 each.
They have a good long date on them and don't need storing in fridge so yiu can stock up.

Currently £1 each in Sainsbury's, at least the Soya varieties.

I read that soy based food and drinks are not good for us when consumed in moderate to large quantities because the soy is unfermented. The fermented varieties (like tempeh) are much better for health. Anyone know about this?

Regardless of the fermentation process, I would steer clear of Soya products if you are male due to containing phytoestrogens.

The coconut, almond and unsweetened almond are on Pick Your Own Offers so you could get 3 for £1.98.

I can verify that this works, I bought 12 almond milks yesterday for £7.92.

Is this pick your own at waitrose?

Common consensus is that it would only be a consideration if consumed in very high quantities. If anyone is concerned just do a quick Google.
