Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is coming free to Xbox One and Xbox 360 with backwards compatibility for one week. It's not a lie, I can assure you. It was announced at E3 just 42 minutes ago. As I'm sure you can imagine there is a slim to no chance of Namco Bandai saying "you know what, we were just kidding, it's not coming free".
If you need reassurance, I've posted a link above where most of the internet gaming community are discussing Tekken Tag Tournament coming free to Xbox One and Xbox 360.
