Last time I used Uranus I suffered a ballcock failure which took me weeks to sort out. Everyone needs to be very careful when dealing with Uranus - if it sounds too cheap or looks too good to be true, it probably is. Make sure you measure and inspect everything first - double check everything fits and is in good working order. With hindsight, I wish I'd paid more and avoided Uranus entirely.

All jokes aside, if you're seriously considering buying this, my mum has one similar in her house and the "thermoset toilet seat with soft-closing hinges" usually means that the seat won't stay up on it's own, so if you're a man wanting to stand up and use it, you have to be sort of standing sideways to it and hold the lid up with your knee whilst you do the business...
