Cheers chap, I'm debating if to go for a 2nd hand Pro 3, new Surface 3 or wait for the newer 4!!!! I use OS X and iOS but would like to use Windows 10, the surface seems ideal as its a bit of both, laptop/tablet, easier to take to the car for diagnosing the car using opcom. Decisions, Decisions lol

That's the Pro line.

The Surface 3 (not the Surface PRO 3) was announced in May 2015. There's every likelihood that a successor will come out in the coming months, although it seems that there are very few rumours on the internet. Perhaps because people are less interested (compared to iPads / iPhones), or perhaps because there's nothing to report.

My two cents: get a Surface Pro 3. The Pro 4 is obviously better but the Pro 3 is so close, much cheaper and can use a Pro 4 keyboard so you really aren't losing a lot.

prefer surface 4 type cover with island keys, typing on a kb where all the keys are joined is horrible

Out of interest, will this Keyboard interface well with the newer Model B, of a LINX 10 Windows Lite Tablet that I currently have?, or not so.....
