Can't find where it says free returns, only saw 'Returns: 30 days refund, seller pays return postage'
Of course you can return it if you're not happy with it. Distance Selling regulations.
Of course that legislation doesn't cover postage costs, but the listing clearly states the seller will pay.

Very much doubt you can return it if you're not happy with it.
Seem to be a smaller retailer in Birmingham. If your local and looking to buy, could possibly view it first and ask how much guarantee they offer.
