Just got this TV after looking around, can't see anything decent at even near this price, Argos have a 43" Bush at 280 for comparison.
At 219 its a good price, at 204 its a steal, plus 1.5% quidco and clubcard points!

Looks very similar to the Seiki 43" at AO, which is £169
Anyone come across good deals on a 32"? Needed a spare. Quality & functions don't need to be great.

I bought a sharp 50 inch on a Black Friday deal for £249 and it's utter sheeeite. The sound is awful, I thought there was tape covering the speakers as it sounds dull/tinny like its a mobile phone. Also terrible screen glare. If I was offered it at £150 i would still steer clear

Think I bought a similar one - had to buy a soundbar to make it acceptable, sound was just dire.

Beware - the last Sharp TV I bought had a remote that uses RF instead of InfraRed, so you can't control it with another remote, eg. Sky remote. Daft really.

Yes I had to connect mine also to surround sound. I'm not at all fussy but had to trail my old pioneer surround sound out as it really bothered me.
And yeah you can't connect sky remote to it which is another crapper

Not sure on the comments about sound, most slim tellys these days have poor sound simply down to them being thin, same as any speakers, its just simple physics/acoustics to be honest. As for this Sharp, it has dts which makes the sound a lot better but it's never gonna be a 5.1 dolby set!
