Hopefully the heat of the drive doesn't match the heat of the post.
Some of the review comments are a concern, but you never know if they actually apply to the same product, even when it states the purchase is verified.
I've ordered one to find out. It'd be rude not to at this price.
Cheers OP.

I have two of these and both of mine get quite hot when in use.
They haven't failed yet but it initially concerned me how hot they got.

I had heard about the heat issue. I'd choose the sandisk extreme for daily use as its much faster, but this ultra fit i'm sure is good for storage, I bought one for music in the car.

I've thought about getting one of these for a while but, like many others, the heat issue puts me off. From reading reviews on multiple deals on this item here and on other sites, the heat issue MIGHT only apply if you're using it in a USB3 socket (...which most people undoubtedly will), but if you're using in a USB2 socket then the heat issue doesn't really materialize.
...if anyone can confirm this then I may get one otherwise it'll have to be the Samsung equivalent.

Yep. I have one. Really hot in USB3, barely warm in USB2.
YMMV of course.

Just to add, I've been using one of these around 5-10 times a day, 5 days a week, in USB3 slots, probably for around 6 months now. Yes, they do get hot. I've been surprised, but never burned and nothing has gone wrong with it or what I've used it in. The speed will throttle when it gets hot, but you'll still find this faster than most of these smaller USB sticks. The heat has never been an 'issue' for my heavy use.
I had a Kingston one like this and it got very hot, in USB 2 and 3. It failed just after a year, so base.com who I bought it from didn't want to know. However Kingston did replace it free of charge and the replacement doesn't get so hot so I'm hoping it will last. I used it as a media drive in the TV just for kids films so it didn't have many write cycles either.
