As an example 15th-18th July from Stanstead. Other dates in July too.

For £9.98, I wouldn't care if they pepper sprayed me as I got on the plane. You don't fly with Ryanair for the customer service. If you do, then you're using the wrong airline.

Never had a problem with Ryan Air. Book and pay, turn up at airport, get on plane, get off plane. I suppose if you don't check in as advised, don't print boarding cards, take too much luggage etc then you may have a reason to moan.

Great price, but will never use this company again. Appalling customer service.

I really wish i could afford not to fly with those guys...Everything about them other then prices is cr*p. Actually even the prices are getting ridiculous during summer.

Yes, and it isn't exactly a secret that Ryanair will penalise you if you breach anything - you just need to make very sure that you do not.

I don't think these comments are fair guys. I've flown over 50 times with Ryan Air without any issue at all but when you do encounter a problem you want a company to respond efficiently and to be supportive. By many accounts that's not the case.
I'm giving those complaining the benefit of doubt that they're not moaning about check in issues and more about fought over booking etc.
To be fair to RA they're starting to realise that treating customers with some respect helps the bottom line greatly and over the long term the penny pinching doesn't work. They should be applauded for making that change
