Always one pound at Poundland, poundworld and Sam, s 99p and other discount stores . Full of chemicals and flavour enhancers and other rubbish . Better buy crisps without chemicals like Kettle chips or make own. Should come with health warning saying they contain excitotoxins like MSG and cause hyperactivity in kids /Alzimers in adults.

You can get tin foil for all those hats you'll be needing at poundland too!

Glutamic acid is an amino acid, it's found in every protein in your body and in many foods particularly in tomatoes and cheese. Glutamate is just a salt of glutamic acid which makes it a powder and more dissolvable and thus easier to use.
There would be a health warning if the FSA paid attention to the fearmongering articles online full of misinformation. Thankfully they don't.
Kettle is full of chemicals too like sodium chloride.
How many chemicals make the banana flavour in a banana? What's your point?
