only 7% of people complaining (those which are 1 and 2 star reviews). Which could be either a manfacturing defect or incorrect usage. My money is on incorrect usage at this rate.

Nutribullet is a smoothie maker and the Philips is a juicer. Huge difference there mate.
I have both. Depends on the type of drink you are after and what you want.

With moderate to heavy use, most juicers last a year or two max. We had his one and the motor blew after a year. Fortunately Currys replaced it. And now the replacement is coming on to a year the juice it yields is reducing again.

I know many people who use them daily and have had them for years. I don't really think that's a fair comment and sounds like you've just been unlucky.
