Historic low I think. Very tempted at this price, one of the better deals on during this year's Steam sale in my opinion.

I really want to pick this up but I can't help but feel it will be in a bundle deal very soon and I'm going to kick myself (what with the backlog of stuff to finish as it stands.

Well worth the £5, I bought it at £10 back in 2013 and I've got so many hours in it, defiantly worth the £5

One of the best early access games I bought think I paid £17 and have no regrets. Cannot recommend this highly enough, if you like management / base building games you will like this.

This vs Theme hospital ?

Both. Theme hospital is in a league of it's own in terms of balance and playability. That and it being fairly good looking for a game that is 19 years old and originally released for MS-DOS.
I'm going to give this a go and be done with worrying that it will appear in a bundle deal in the near future. It looks great and I can't wait until my days off work to give it a good try. The feedback seems to be that if you like TH and other well made management games that PA is worth a go and very engrossing.
