Popped into b&m today to pick some DIY bits and noticed a paint pad set reduced from £3.99 to 10p. Was priced 10p on the shelf. Not sure if it's national.

would you really use pads to paint with, much better results with a brush, really good results with a roller and if you are OTT then a paint sprayer
saying that I would be tempted but then I would be taking up storage space

pads... not great.
get a decent rollwe from screwfix {cheaper than b and q!} - better finish - quicker. £6 for a good finish is little to pay {yes, i've used pads before...}

Oh I do love me some brush hair on the wall. Adds a bit of texture, don't you think?

I've used the pads to paint before and found them to be great, easy, nice clean finish and good when you're doing an adjacent wall a different colour
