A few of them are free when you install the app. Anshar wars 2, drift, darknet(I think)

That was supposed to be a US-only promo as far as I know, but Oculus didn't handle it very well so some people got the free bundle and others (like me) didn't unfortunately.
Just Gear VR I believe.
Those prices are just Gear VR, however there's also a sale on for the Rift. Dreadhalls is £4.99 for that though. It's a bit annoying that there's no cross-buy feature - I'll probably look to get the CV1 at some point and don't want to have to re-buy the games...

Are these just for the Samsung Gear Vr or other Vr /android phones?

When you plug the phone into the vr headset it auto prompts to install the app, not sure if you can open the oculus without the hardware, never tried

Are they also for CV1? Have to check in Oculus store at home. Would like dreadhalls for CV1 for that price.

Anyone else looking at this connect your phone to USA via a vpn and download milk vr, it's got hundreds of videos available for gear vr, but you have to open with vpn initially to install it, you can turn it off once installed.

Do you need a bluetooth remote to play these games? Thanks

Some require a bluetooth controller, but others use gaze based controls (such as Land's End) or you can use the Gear VR touchpad. It should say on the store page which games require a controller (e.g. End Space, Herobound, Dreadhalls). It's worth picking up a cheap bluetooth controller though as I find it improves some of the games that don't require it.

I stupidly bought some of these the day before the sale started.

Ooh, thanks for this. I've not really used mine much apart from playing around with it a bit when I first got it. I was tempted to try Lands End but sounded like it was very short, but might give it a pop at that price.
Anyone able to recommend any half decent and cheap bluetooth controllers to use, I don't want to splash out much as I still can't see myself using it much, but quite fancy trying the odd game that needs a controller.

I've got the Ipega 9021 bluetooth controller which works fine and only cost £12.99 from Funstock. It's showing out of stock now, but you can probably pick it up cheaply on ebay or elsewhere.
