Got this for a similar price before Christmas and very happy with it. Very versatile and powerful enough to blend ice cubes.
be warned the accessories don't stack very well. so it takes up a lot of cupboard space.

i purchased this from dunhelm around the new year and its not rubbish at all, its blended everything ive thrown at it without a problem. Do you own one or just based your comment on a review ?

I've owned one for years and the only problem I've had is the rubber seals break. Well worth the money! There are the same price at JTF if you have one close by.
