B&M prices are good but if want to return anything, they try to make a big fuss about it. So only buy which I don't have chance to return.

Never get tired of picking the little magnetic bits from down the side of the sofa, off the radiators, under the rug, out of my shoes, from the fruit bowl, between the fridge and the cupboard, off the wall of the washing machine drum.....

Lovely find,as for refunds every shop has procedures to follow just keep your receipts as proof of purchase.

​Maybe depends on store to store. In my local, they are really horrible if you want to return. First the person selling at the cash desk does not have right to return. He calls the manager who may take half hour to come at the cash desk. Then the manager wants to ask 100 questions about sealed & unopened item, i want to return. And sign three pieces of paper. I have never experienced worse experience in any UK store for a small item. Perhaps it is better to pay at a quality store than go through their return procedure. Next time I need complain to office of fair trading about their return procedure.

For the price I think the quality is pretty good, I haven't had any problems.
