This is not vanilla. Just plain ice cream with no vanilla flavour. All the better for it in my opinion.

Mackies was much nicer when it was a newer brand, more cream in it - still at £2 it is worth it, £4 full price average is a joke (if you can tolerate dairy, enjoy! :disappointed:)

True that, for some it needs vanilla, I first had Mackies when visiting my aunt as a teenager and it was a local product only, it was beautiful...as it got commercialised nationally the ingredients changed to the worsening of flavour, but it is still tasty, although others will say they prefer vanilla flavouring.

Kelly's is lovely and, the last time I looked Asda had it for 2.00 though Kelly's have cheekily reduced the size to 950ml.

I find Kelly's has a really artificial taste. Don't like it at all. Love Mackies though.
