Yep - not thermally insulated but is a very useful pot for storing lunch.

They don't claim to keep food warm/hot/cold Luke a Thermos flask - its just a means to store & carry food.

they are microwave proof so can heat it up when you get there. the instructions inside say that the food will be kept warm for up to 3 hours
