There's half price L'Oréal products at Boots, this is the only one for us blokes and I didn't think many men would go wading through that mountain of pink goo so I did it separately.
Normally costs £3.99 save £2.00.
L'Oréal Elvive Anti-Dandruff Intensive Shampoo for Normal Hair is formulated to tackle dandruff from first use.
It dramatically reduces dandruff and soothes the scalp leaving hair looking healthy and shiny.

This stuff is excellent if, like me, you don't have much hair but you want to ensure your scalp is left in good condition.
£2.00 for this size of bottle is a great deal. Get 'em in boys!!!

I would also recommend people give this a try if they suffer from psoriasis of the scalp. I tried so many prescription shampoos, creams, steroid tablets, etc, and nothing beat it, but this.

Easily the best shampoo I've used, the blue one with the conditioner is great if you have longer hair too!

Is this as effective as Head and Shoulders?

I bought this from poundland for £1 but found it useless for dandruff and caused too much dryness. I would recommend Alpecin Dandruff killer Shampoo and Ceanel concentrate medicated shampoo for dandruff without causing dryness. Both are available in Boots.

In my experience, yeah. I actually found it quite a bit better than head and shoulders.
I started using tea tree based shampoo myself, which also really helps but you have to give it some time. I alternate between stuff like this and tea tree for best results.

These are often half price in Tesco too. Think they have been for the past few months including the other men's shampoo and conditioners on this range. Not sure if they still are now though...

It's the selenium that helps your dandruff.
Eat brazil nuts for internal selenification and use this on your hair for external selenification.

Selenium sulphide in dandruff shampoos causes dryness. Zinc pyrithone is better than selenium sulphide. Zinc pyrithone is present in head and shoulders and many other shampoos and does not cause dryness. Also zinc supplements are given in scalp disease. Brazil nuts are rich in vitamin E, vitamin B, and trace elements so good for skin, not just for selenium.
