Aren't they in administration? what happens to the warranty if they go out of business or new owners?

pay with a credit card and make sure that at the time you will be able to prove that the product is still under warranty. I had this experience when this chain of shops went bankrupt few years ago and there was a free 3 years warranty still in place, very lucky as it was nearly expiring. TSB paid what it was the price of a new one at the time of failing, did not expect that but they did very well in handling the claim.

After all these years owning a 55"..... its too small for me. Im looking at 65's. but havent found anything worth pulling the trigger for. not looking for all super fancy features and stuff but whatever that new version of local dimming is called and 3d would be nice on a 4k set.
