Probably not. It was the 2nd highest selling Lego set worldwide (only beaten by the Elsa's Ice Castle) so there are billions of them out there. I expect New/Boxed it will go for £120-140 on eBay once retailers have exhausted stock i.e. around the RRP.
So not an investment in that you won't make £100's on it. But you would make £10-20 after fees.
It did go out of stock in the lead-up to Christmas 2015 at most places, and although they were listed at £150+ from 3rd parties, they could still be got for around £130 on eBay (RRP). So as I say not a major investment no.
Thanks OP, was going to order but looked around before hand. Smyths Toys have is at £95, £6 off voucher on there website valid until tomorrow so same price. Just went and picked one up.

Now gone down to £86.50.
Also, amazon warehouse deals have them for £79! I've ordered from there many times and usually it's a dented corner, or a label on the box.

I can't wait to recreate the scene where I was crying like a little girl with Rey and Chewie in the Falcon.

Plus of course there are the reviews which state it is amazing, great to look at... But cannot actually be played with by children as it breaks up so easily.
