I have opened my eyes. As per user comments above it is a cheap hoody (or hooded jumper as some would say) with a big dirty clatty Jack and Jones logo ironed on to it by somebody's grandmother.
I would expect to pay a fiver at most and would buy it as a present for somebody I don't like at xmas
