if anyone has slept on this game, please go pick it up! ive played every halo extensively, and I honestly believe this is the best one in terms of multiplayer. story was very meh, but at this price, its not important

Heat for the price. But I've tried to love multiplayer so much, but I just hate it. single player is good enough..... Probably just not for me.

Just working my way through the masterchief collection. Once finished ill be straight on this.

I'm still yet to work my way through the Master Chief collection I got on offer a few months back, but this really is too cheap to pass up. Even more so with my Prime Student! :wink:

Be aware that from memory I think it was a 30+gig update. Not so good with slow broadband like me!

Multiplayer is doesn't even feel like halo anymore. Halo 2 + 3 will always be the best online.

Also, unlike other games, you need to install it fully to even start playing. Takes at least 3 hours

Personally, I thought the maps were atrocious. So many paintball style arena maps that are so similar, they is hardly any decent sized maps.

Comments like this are why I keep getting close to pulling the trigger (pun intended) and then falling at the first hurdle.

The Halo maps set the game/s apart from other franchises as they were well imagined and all quite wildly diferent in style, if it's just another FPS now with crud maps I really can't see myself spending more than an hour playing it.
