Or you could just use that 'Crazy' accessory that comes with it called a drip tray...

These are brilliant, you'll wonder why you never got one before, great price we paid £30 for ours and still thought it was cheap :sunglasses:

Are these any good for cooking sausages, or is it a pain if you need to keep turning the sausages over every few minutes?
I'm hooked on the fact that fat drains away.

In Lidl Ireland they have this same offer. They also have an AIR FRYER available on the same day in Ireland and I assume in England too. These are great for sausages/goujons/chips and no oil required.

Non-stick easy to clean plates for fat reduced cooking - fat reducing, sure. Easy to clean- HELL NO! It's far from easy to clean, the fat drips EVERYWHERE on table, impossible to wash it up, the fat sticks soo bad on them its not even funny.
It does cooks rather fast and the taste isn't too bad either, but the mess is just insane!
You will use it for a couple of times and than it will just sit on your table using up space because you won't want all the hassle that comes with it.

I have this model from last time it was on offer and I agree that fat goes all over the worktop. Nowhere near as good as a larger model. This one can be cleaned quite easily under the tap though as its quite small!

run 2 sheets of kitchen roll under the tap. then place on the grill while still hot. close the lid. when it's cooled nothing will of stuck so cleaning is easy.
if you forget to do while still hot, just do the same but switch it on for 30 seconds with the wet kitchen roll in.

sure it collects most of it.. but not all, and you still have to wash/clean it up!
