You'll need to find your flights and likely a different hotel. No doubt the flight prices will be significantly more due to the school hols and I think this hotel is a promotion as it seems amazing value for 5 nights at a 5* hotel. I could only see cheap rooms at that hotel for July/beginning August.

It varies. It's not illegal or even banned, it's just not shouted about. They're aware tourists are usually not Muslim and they're in need of the business.
