saffron was definitely on there yesterday , took a screenshot shot of it and emailed it to them as proof as they said "no product recognised" on their email today. good job I did take a screenshot too!

Safron was on there at 6pm yesterday when I bought one. It has been rejected. That's going back then.

I was being paid £1 for water that cost me £1.15 and it was meant to be free,I've emailed them and they've refunded me the difference.

Bought Saffron too and got £1.51 refunded. Can anyone keep a copy of the details per the app. Will let you know response to email.

The best method to resolve it as simply as possible is to forward their reward notification email (for the wrong amount) to that email address with your explanation of what correction you need done.

Heat. Been noticing the past couple of months the shopitize CheckoutSmart and other cashback related deals are not getting as much heat as they should

Note to all: don't buy anything unless you know for sure you'll be able to upload the receipt to this app over your connection.

CheckoutSmart devs are idiots who don't know how to get an upload to work properly; like compressing client-side before transmission.
