CheckoutSmart devs are idiots who don't know how to get an upload to work properly; like compressing client-side before transmission.

Note to all: don't buy anything unless you know for sure you'll be able to upload the receipt to this app over your connection.

£4 for me in Tesco. But have only been rewarded £1.50 - says 'free' so how do I contact them to confirm?

Heat. Been noticing the past couple of months the shopitize CheckoutSmart and other cashback related deals are not getting as much heat as they should

There's a form on the Internet website at

but otherwise you can email them as in the App's - "Find Out More" section - ie mailto:[email protected]

The best method to resolve it as simply as possible is to forward their reward notification email (for the wrong amount) to that email address with your explanation of what correction you need done.

CheckoutSmart recently added a website login with the offers & upload opportunity if you're finding the App is playing up for you.

Also worth trying alternative browser(s) if you're having issues - eg Quidco's ClickSnap refused to take my Internet Explorer uploaded receipts a while ago.
Certainly Firefox works with current CheckoutSmart website uploads OK.

Bought the saffron in Morrisons at £4. Got refunded £1.61.
Have emailed them, waiting for a response.

Bought Saffron too and got £1.51 refunded. Can anyone keep a copy of the details per the app. Will let you know response to email.

I was being paid £1 for water that cost me £1.15 and it was meant to be free,I've emailed them and they've refunded me the difference.

saffron's been removed from the list by the looks of it :disappointed:. it's not on the app or online any more :disappointed:. I guess those that got it and ended up costing them made them realise,ho hum still a good deal :smiley:

Saffron wasn't included on my app

Safron was on there at 6pm yesterday when I bought one. It has been rejected. That's going back then.

saffron was definitely on there yesterday , took a screenshot shot of it and emailed it to them as proof as they said "no product recognised" on their email today. good job I did take a screenshot too!

Careful doing that, you'll get yourself banned!
