Heat added - a decent brand at a decent price and the tank is quite compact. You are quite limited in what you can put in this but it would make a nice tank for a small shoal of many tetra or rasbora. Make sure you research the size of fish that are suitable for a tank of this size before buying.

Please please make sure you get an appropriate fish for an aquarium this size. Fish put in tanks that are undersized live short unpleasant lives (body stops growing but internal organs keep on going). As andywa1k3r said, you should only be looking to put fish the size of neon tetras in this permanently. Don't be tempted to put goldfish in it, most common breeds grow surprisingly large.
That said, micro-aquarium this size can be used effectively as quarantine or birthing tanks.
