I guess they're ok for free so will give it some heat. Wouldn't supply these for my customers with the problems I have going back to them. Pegler TRVs are much better quality in my opinion.

I took advantage of this offer a few months ago when i installed a new heating system, i was originally worried that they would look cheap if they were free with the rads but they look very smart and seem to work well at the moment

Anyone recommend any good vertical rads? That don't cost the earth and can actually give proper heat.

acova column rads are good value and look good (to our eyes). Fitted them at our old house and current house

Where did you get them from? I keep on getting told that nothing beats the traditional convector rads. That's fine for some rooms in my house but a few rooms I need vertical. But I want them to give heat and not just be a fashion statement.

Yes, but the rads aren't part of the deal really. They're not marked down in price.
