that is what they are for, also if the SPD is a true 1067mhz(2133mhz) which I think it suppose to be, it will O.C. nicely

Great deal, but seems odd that you can buy the 2 x 8GB kit for £37.99, or two individual 8GB sticks for £37.98

The SPD should be for 2,133 as that is a JEDEC standard and not difficult to hit.
That though has no bearing on if they will over-clock well.

It's very budget RAM so that is about all ypu would expect.

If we can believe an amazon review then this can be overclocked to 2600mhz. Which is not amazing but good for the price. I don't understand why cl16 is high since most of the other more expensive ram are cl16 as well. Corsair Vengeance LPX a very popular choice is Cl16. At the moment I'm seriously considering whether I should go for http://m.ebuyer.com/743019 or this. £25 more for 3000mhz and cl15. Is that worth it?

that's a great deal if you're after volume, cl16 is quite insane though lol, while it won't affect most users if you're using ram heavy applications like cad or video editing or database server then you may want to consider getting lower latency ram instead.
but otherwise, great price, heat up

you will need a hammer and chisel and a lot of luck to be successful. No, you cannot
