It was my own fault for not backing Wales. Went for Belgium pre-match and the draw in play. Didn't have any funds in any other betting accounts to back Wales with, and didn't want to make yet another deposit. So now have a £50 loss to try and make up somehow if anyone has any bright ideas?

If you don't have that amount in your account (to cover the liability) the bet will not be accepted. The money will then be taken out if you lose the bet.

There are two main schools of thought on no-risk bets with these offers:

1) GUARANTEE AN OUTCOME WITH BET365
Returns are generally more favourable, but technically it is against the T&Cs so if Bet365 were to pick you up on it, you could lose out. (Likely, or unlikely, or Gary down the pub say this, does not matter, it is a possibility so it is a risk)

2) GUARANTREE AN OUTCOME WITH ANOTHER BOOKIE
Returns are generally not as good, but it is safe and means you can sometimes combine with other bookie offers. Less risk, but potentially not as lucrative.
Perhaps on extra advantage is sometimes you will lose and win with Bet365 which helps you stay on their books if this is the only promotion you do.

Neither is more right or wrong, its simply up to you on your approach to risk. Personally I am risk-averse so stick to #2 and accept lower payouts.

This is true - also, make sure you are logged in BEFORE the match starts, as the site tends to get overloaded and "wobble" a bit, delaying logins etc..

the only thing I find is that the inplay draw bet gets piled on early in the game so the odds come down a lot, so you need to do it in the first few seconds of the game.

GGood point! I always focus on the match result, but as you say there are lots of other outcomes..

There are three possible outcomes: Wales, Belgium or Draw. Back one option before the match, another during the match, and cover the third option with another bookie. Back the option with the least chance if winning (highest odds) as the in-play bet, as you will get that refunded if it loses.
