The Waitrose offers updated/refreshed today (Wednesday). So today is the first day of the new BOGOF offer. I'll double-check in-store tomorrow.
I checked in my local store today and they have loads of the Black & White variety on the shelf. Maybe Waitrose are stopping stocking that type hence it not appearing online? I think I prefer that to the milk choc one.

Had missed this posting - bought two from Waitrose today - BOGOF - and claimed the £1 from CheckoutSmart (confirmed/awarded within minutes, not hours or days as sometimes!)
FYI: Dark Chocolate [as valid for CoS £1] and Choco & Caramel both appeared on my receipt as
"BAHLSEN PICK UP! 1.69"

My local store now stocks the dark chocolate variety. Even though my local isn't listed in the CheckoutSmart app, I successfully claimed cashback for one. The list of stores in the app is probably just those which stocked the product back when the offer first went live.
