Both the 3 for 2 offer and the free gift offer (sunglasses) are working on Bourjois makeup at Boots.
The cheapest items are a sharpener or tweezers (£3.49 each) so if you bought a sharpener + 2 tweezers for example... it works out as £10.47 - £3.49 = £6.98 and you still get the free gift. Obviously there are more expensive items that this works with too.
