I always think 'old school' sweets are a bit like the A Team.
Fun to look back on for nostalgia sake but when you actually experience them again, they're pretty ****.

If this is the normal rrp can someone please explain why this is a Deal!
Maybe some sort of retro sweet thread is needed.

It's a deal because it's cheap. It's only not a deal if you can find it cheaper. Can you?

Hardly. It's attracted many comments and heat and it's clearly something people approve of, it's the cheapest seen and that's how it should be.
People post things all the time and this is in the 'hot' section, not the timeline, as people like it. If they didn't think it was a deal they'd vote it cold. At the time of writing, 215 people disagree with you.

Have you got nothing better to do than troll my post?
If you fan find a cheaper price than the item posted then please feel free to inform me about it.
Reason this item is a deal like a few people have said
1) They wasnt aware like myself its available to buy from discount stores
2) its miles cheaper than buying from anywhere else. Ie specialist retro sweet shops

If someone posts Poundland pineapple cubes and it works out cheap, where's the issue? A deal is a deal. A deal doesn't have to mean a percentage off/reduction, it can simply be the cheapest price for something.
By all means, post '10% off this processor at this website' (as many people do). I mean, today I saw Birdseye Chicken Dippers in Heron Foods for half the price of Asda but I'm too lazy to upload it as a deal. Everyone has their own thing and if you think it's not a deal and doesn't apply to you, that's perfectly fine. It is to other people though.

There is a cold button for just such things, press it and move on, the other solution is to look very sad arguing over a non issue with strangers on the internet. This may not be a deal in the sense of the item being heavily discounted. But for those of us who occasionally were paying two or three times this amount for smaller quantities and had no idea these were sold at B&M, it's a helpful post. Whether it is nostalgia or not, it has been voted hot so it seems others agree. Try to dedicate your time and energy to subjects that actually matter... like getting down to B&M to buy a bag as I will be today.

Well wht I can think back in the days, this was called toffee crumble, use to buy over the counter, where they had all the big jars sellin in quarters.

I heard that these are made by whizzing up Twixes in a blender. I wonder if that's true.
