There are different grades even with U3 cards. All of them should meet the U3 minimum standard, but for example Kingston sell a U3 card with 80MB/s write and another with 45MB/s write. I have tried to find out the write for this model but Toshiba wouldn't even display it on their site, while they proudly display the write of the Exceria Pro M401 with 80MB/s write and the Exceria Pro M501 with 250MB/s write :confused: (250MB/s for 16GB model only).
From the Amazon page, the card in this deal is the M302 - EA.
The minimum read/write speed for a UHS Speed Class 3 card is 30MB/s. So if Toshiba don't publish the write speed of this model, you are only guaranteed a minimum of 30MB/s read, along with its stated 90MB/s write.
