Great work guys, been procrastinating about the Bosch drill deal on here this week as the voucher wasn't working for me. But very glad I waited as this looks a better drill at a much cheaper price.
For the pedantic amongst us using quidco brings price to £22.96 (if tracked of course)

It does have a Rotary hammer. The option for changing to hammer option is at the top. I had mine delivered yesterday, so can confirm this.

I don't believe it does have a rotary hammer (these would normally be equipped with an SDS chuck). Confusingly, it's labelled as having Rotary *and* Hammer function, but this would usually fall under a normal "Hammer drill" moniker.
