Its not a Hoover, it's a Vax.

I've bought loads off amazon warehouse it's always been brand new with the occasional tear in packaging. It's no different than buying an item returned to tesco or asda with a full money back guarantee except in this case you're aware that it's a return.

Bought one of these from Amazon warehouse, and it had never been used. The box was torn slightly, otherwise original condition. It'll suck the pile off your carpet though, it's very powerful.

I have a few Vax vacuums. Very good and reliable with good power. Hot deal.

We have these and theyre very good. Light but powerful. I'll take a spare at this price.
What's the chance of still getting the 6yr warranty from Vax since this is a 'used' item?

Voted hot. I have the pet version of this. It would suck a golf ball through a hose pipe :stuck_out_tongue:
Very strong suction...perhaps too strong for some people as it takes a bit of muscle to move it on carpets.
It's super light though, I can pick the whole thing up with just my finger and thumb. It's very easy to empty and to clean the filters. Tip; if you notice a loss in suction despite cleaning the filters, disassemble the cyclone parts; there is a youtuve video how to do this. It made the suction like new because stuff clocks up the cyclones eventually. Only took me about ten mins to disassemble and reassemble it.
There are some worrying 1 start reviews about ones that have died a fiery electrical death, but I've bought another one anyway for a family member. I got the used very good one for £35...hoping that turns up unused but damaged box. Thanks op

Do you still get a 6 year guarantee with this?

When I bought a Vax from the Amazon Warehouse, I registered for the six year guarantee using the serial number on the Vax and had no problems. I guess if it was a customer return that they never registered. Whether Vax would question anything if I had an issue I don't know.
