If this is the same as the 39" then it will have a large input lag, making it difficult to use with a PC, and sound from external sources to be out of sync unless you can insert a delay.
It is under £250 what do you expect edge to edge gorilla glass?

For the 39" the firmware would only work on the USA version. This one might be OK, but I expect it's a risk.

I suspect the firmware will be the same for many different sizes . Inside of these sets of different sizes you are likely to find the same motherboard and chip-set. it would make no sense for manufacturers to make new chip-sets just for different panel sizes . I say this from experience of repairing TV sets
However even if the board is different there will likely be a firmware update

The UK manufacturer informed me that there's NO firmware upgrade to the UK models of Seiki.. :disappointed:
