Upgrade virtually every aspect of your computer’s performance with Samsung’s 850 EVO, designed with state of the art SSD which includes 3D V-NAND technology. In 840 EVO, you will get three dimensional chip design that enables performance, reliability and high energy efficiency so you can work and play faster and longer than before.
It's game dependent, for example it would have zero effect in Uncharted 4, as that game is seemless and uses cut scenes as the next level loads, very clever. In Doom though it should help a lot, I find Doom almost unplayable on the PS4 due to the large loading times, compared to the PC version the load times are really painful. You die a lot in Doom and having to load from checkpoint each time is hugely frustrating. I bought a PS4 a few weeks ago to play Uncharted 4 and I got Doom for £10 which I gave up playing due to the frustratingly long loading times.
Also 500GB is too small for a PS4, each game can take 50GB or so space.

The PS4 simply isn't designed to get the most out of SSDs, improvements are negligible and vary from game to game
A Hybrid hard drive performs better than a standard in a PS4 and very closely to an SSD but is a lot cheaper
The still relatively high cost of SSDs (over standard HDDs) negates the very small, if any improvement you'll see if you put one in a PS4
Title to should be changed to say this price is via Amazon Marketplace not direct from Amazon.
Current Amazon (direct) price is £123.37

It's still fullfilled by amazon, therefore get their returns policy and delivery.

I'd rather buy from Amazon or a major retailer direct than have the item posted through Amazon by LB INTL which is some random American company I've never heard of. But then again I just treat Amazon Marketplace sellers the same way I do random Ebay sellers, after all I could create a marketplace account and become one as could you too. Sure there's Amazon's return policy if it's dodgy but there's Paypal and Ebay on there too when buying from a random ebay seller. I care less about it when it's not something as critical as data storage. To actually buy from Amazon it's £121.98.

It's £106.48 now so perhaps we will see it again later?
The other deal is older and could expire (bad link).
It's an historical low, so people are at least interested...
And this is the best price/performance SSD on the market.
