Should be able to play through Google Play app but also be able to download to pc

not even via the default 'play music' app?
think google 'hides' their music to make it difficult to use in other apps

I only use the default app. Clearing cache and refreshing hasn't helped.
I can't even stream it. I have successfully bought music before.
When I go back to the store and click on the songs it says:
"Your music is currently being added. Please wait a moment and try again."
But it never changes.

Got it working.
Logged in on the PC streamed each song to get 1 on the play count. Press refresh in Google Music app. Adds the song individualy. Do each song in the album.
Bit if a hastle but at least it works.

you can download your music properly on mobile just go to play website desktop version
