Ive been looking for a cheap camping shelter/kitchen tent for my family for a while, we only get a couple of days camping a year so didnt want to spend a fortune, but we do get sick of having to assemble and disassemble the table everytime we use it. After trawling the internet for about 5 hours yesterday and the cheapest I could find being £50 (the average price being around £100) I decided to wait in the hope something would come up. Id given up for now then walked in to my local Asda Living (Chesterfield) today and they had these for £28!
Comes with a carry bag, 4 mesh sides that can all be opened and is 3.35x3.35 m. Seems a great price considering the average price is around £100 and is perfect for us to leave our table and chairs set up in.
Did a quick search to make sure its not already posted, and its been on offer before with positive reviews in the comments too :-)

decent deal but if you only get a couple of days camping a year not sure why you would need this.
some campsites will also charge extra for pitching.. much better option is a tent canopy.

Because we live in Britain, where a two day camping trip in the height of summer can turn into a soggy rainfest at a moments notice!
Great price, hot! OP - don't suppose you can share the weight / rough packed size?

Cooking in a canopy on either gas or BBQ will increase condensation within the tent; fat splashes or embers are certainly undesirable too... I'd much rather cook in a seperate shelter in inclement weather; or under a tarp which s also a good temporary option.

Because we are a family of 5 with 3 small kids (under 6yrs) and bringing all the chairs in and out of the tent constantly was a pain, we have a decent living space in our tent but it was over crowded with chairs, scooters and picnic tables. This will be great to just leave the table n chairs set up. We'd like to camp more but its fitting it in thats the problem...hence why we wanted a cheap one.

Can you peg these to the ground , to stop the wind blowing it away ? Are their peg loops

H the pack is 5kg and the bag has those handy adjustable clips for pulling that bag in. Package size approx 50cm x 20 x 15 cm and it does have guy ropes and can be pegged down (although a review suggested youd benefit from buying heavy duty pegs and maybe extra guy ropes for if its windy)
Mines orange and grey too if that makes. Diffeence to anyone :-)
