Poor preworkout from a preworkout connoisseur. The MyPre from myprotein is spot on and BPI 1MR is also very good.

Do Not Waste your Money...this is as weak as pee..... Better of spending £4 at my protein and getting 100 caffeine tabs . Pop 2 of these prior to training and get in the zone
