That's got to be one of either (equally lame) ways though - either the parent has to record their child's name into it or else it's like some kind of Stephen Hawking bear merely talking text. And knowing that - you'd probably be far happier with a NOT personalised talking bear. Mind you that is giving me some vague marketing idea about a new line of "Don't Give a Toss Bears"......

Got the last one at B&M Robroyston yesterday (£4.99) I knew it had terrible reviews but I just wanted to see how bad it actually was. My daughter actually likes it and was worth the £4.99 for the amusement I had inputting swear words once she went to bed

Waste of money even for £5. The voice is horrific, the stuff of nightmares, the type of voice that makes you not trust the bear when left alone with your kids.

We have this. We make 'Freddy' tell the kids to tidy their toys up, when its bedtime etc and makes them listen. Despite a robot voice defo worth the fiver!!
