Thomson deals are always posted without the luggage cost saying it "can be added on" .
Given the vast majority will need luggage, why not quote the true cost of the flight inc luggage and say that luggage can be removed for £x saving (for the extreme minority that don't need it)? :smirk:

The pound is so weak to the dollar currently I can't see myself visiting the states again until it improves. Last time I went it was over $2 to the £ and it was like being Richie Rich out there :man:

Looking to go to Wrestlemania in Florida this year - if anyone finds flights for April 2017 I'll be very pleased! Particularly from Belfast / Dublin.

Because like you said not everyone needs luggage.. plus how much luggage do you want? then do you want reserved seats? the list goes on and makes posting a deal complicated to cater to every individual's preferences, be grateful. Grab a calculator if its that hard to add on your luggage costs.

The point I'm making is that deals like this get heat purely based on the headline price, when in fact it's going to be more for the vast majority who will require a suitcase for their trip, especially when they only give a tiny 5kg hand-luggage allowance.
e.g. adding a 20kg bag is £60 pp extra (27% cost increase) or £80 pp for 25kg (37% cost increase).
I'm not saying it's a bad deal with luggage included, but it's going to be more than listed unless you're spending 2 weeks in the same clothes

Went for 14 days and didn't need a suitcase. T-shirts and shorts don't weigh much. Cabin bag weighs just 300g leaving 4.7kg. That's plenty of allowance. Just don't load up on any of the tat they sell in the souvenir shops and you will be fine.

9 hours direct flight for this money is steal. You can afford to pay another 60 bucks for luggage if you really need it.Hot!!

Precisely, plenty of other places to visit in the meantime. It'll come down again.
Americas little brother had a very good exchange rate last year which we took advantage of...

£254 per person from Birmingham for same dates as OP. I'd snatch that up if I could get my daughter her first passport by then lol

As you can see they were in 2014. I totally forgot about this account and thought I had made a new one. Tried to edit it however as I don't know much about it I couldn't. Don't really see what difference it makes though
