You can if you download the new Remix OS which you copy to a USB 3 memory stick or copy onto a partition on your HD.It will then allow you the option of booting up any x86 PC or mac with a Android OS which includes a Taskbar for better productivity.

But as far as i know you will have to side-load apps at the moment until the play-store is working with it as it's in beta.

Going to have to offer some heat for this deal. From what I've quickly looked up;

Processor similar performance to an i3-5010u but passively cool so no fan.
SSD in a sub £350 laptop
Full HD screen
8gb of RAM is nice so it seems they have not cut any real corners that I can tell.
