You can normally pick Asus S200e laptops up for around £130 second hand on Ebay. Touchscree, Core i3, 4GB RAM and a proper hard drive (that can be swapped out for an SSD).

Much better bit of kit. But it will be second hand.
The Celeron 1007u variant is also a much better option. Here's one on Gumtree @ £130 (probably £100 after haggling).
