Always keeping an eye out for a decent barbecue this summer and came across this one. Too small for me, but seems like a pretty good price for a branded barbecue.

I bought one of these from aldi 2 years ago, although a nice size for a small family, it just does not get hot enough, it's useless in fact 50-60 minutes to cook as sausage!! My advice avoid and buy another

You might want to check this guide, it definitely sounds like another issue than a grill that doesn't produce enough BTUs
There must be something wrong with yours as I have the same one from Aldi and it cooks absolutely fine. I have added lava rocks to mine which may help.

I bought this when it was reduced a couple of months back.
It's definitely worth 50 quid.

I bought this when on sale last year @ Morrison's for £30. It's actually pretty good, the ignition is useless though. Lava rocks (which are included) work really well to give that authentic BBQ flavour.

Just got mine replaced by Tescos 11 months on due to an ignition issue.
Otherwise always been pleased with mine & definitely recommend.
