Been looking for a decent quality power bank and decided on this due to its large capacity 18000mah Panasonic cell and dual USB ports, this is not some cheap junk that some other power banks are.
Then noticed that there is a code on the product page which gives you a further £3 off to take it down to £15.99 if on prime. IF you buy 2 or more items.
Code is - JACKERYT
This is actually sold by Jackery UK and fulfilled by Amazon uk,so no worries about it being a knock off.

This gives you some idea of how many times it can charge common products and tells a little more about the device -
I recently bought a couple of the Giant + versions of this (quoted as12000mAh). They are very well built with lovely aluminium body and strong ends and good quality for the £9.99 I paid.
I kept one as a power bank but stripped down the other to harvest the 18650 cells. 4 cells inside this pack were purplely-pink in colour (good) but unbranded (not so good). Since there are 4 cells and quoted capacity is 12000mAh, each cell should be 3000mAh. Sadly not so, and they all came up to between 2150-2250mAh on a battery analyser. They will maybe inprove after a few cycles, but not enough to get anywhere near the full 3000mAh.
Assuming the same cells being used, I'd expect this bigger pack (6x18650 cells?) to come up a bit short too, so instead of 18000mAh, you'll probably get more like 13500mAh. Maybe most users won't even notice the reduction, but I would as I'm a bit of a battery saddo :-)

That's strange as when I was looking into these power banks I seen a professional review confirming the use of Panasonic cells.
I'm no expert on the subject but would it be labelled up as Panasonic internally.
I personally can't see why a decent company would tell porkies about what's inside their devices and so far my device has charged my galaxy edge plus as advertised.

Also I see they offer 18 month warranty on the power banks,so if it was below par then you could send it back

I'm not sure either. Maybe they don't expect someone to harvest the cells:)
all I can say is that branded Panasonic cells are usually green in colour. Maybe Panasonic supply third parties with purple cells, but the ones I removed had no identifying marks on them, so the only way I could test them was with a battery analyser. The capacity figures were the same for charge and discharge, allowing for a small amount of charging losses due to cables and heat, so I'm confident they are accurate. As I said before, if you're happy and it does what you need then great- just accept the capacity figures with a pinch of salt when using them to compare with other packs :-) Pics of cells

I can confirm Jackery warranty is honoured and customer service is superb. Had one pack fail (charged up fine but no output). Always good to upload a small YouTube video showing the issue, emailed the video link to Jackery and a replacement was despatched next day. All good.
