Have used these as video crunching / vmboot drives / virtual iso switch drives and perform very well
and have a solid consitancy when read and more importantly writing in my case.

not much in it but the BX200 seems slightly better overall.
You get a spacer for 9.5mm laptops and a copy of Acronis with the Crucial.
